Various designs of the main and secondary cast for my webcomic Threader. Designs are updated as I become more familiar with a character's traits. I favor a thin line style to let the color define the character.

Sirens Call

Even though this was for a short comic, I went through my usual pre-production process like I did for my long-form comic Threader. I find value in doing character designs and gathering research to aid the setting, mood, and ultimately the visual storytelling.
