Usage/Rights
Artist
Artist
- I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece in my portfolio or on my website.
- I do not own any characters I did not create.
- I retain ownership of the artwork but I cannot reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Proper credit is required when posting to social media. Sharing the original from me (if I posted it) is preferred.
- Commissioned artwork maybe not be used, minted, reused, reposted, and/or uploaded for NFTs, crypto art, crypto currency, etc.
- Client is not permitted train AI generators or other Machine Learning models with commissioned art or my personal art to replicate my style.
- You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial or non-personal purposes. This includes but is not limited to selling, advertising, or reproducing my work for your profit.
- If you would like to purchase the licensing rights to an image, higher pricing will apply.
- If you would like to purchase the licensing rights to an image, higher pricing will apply.
- Images may not be altered or edited without express permission. If you need a change please email me. I'll more than likely do it for free depending on the revision.
- I have the right to refuse or drop your commission at any time for any reason. This will likely be due to "won't draw" wasn't adhered to or because of an emergency or a personal reason. You will be fully to partially refunded (see refunds for more details.)
Commission Process
- Fill out this Google form with your commission details: HERE
- I will contact you within 1-3 days upon receiving your request if I have accepted, along with the total amount.
- Once I am ready to start, I will send you an invoice.
- When payment is received, I can begin the initial sketch.
- Turnaround from the time I start is 1-2 weeks. Exceptions may take up to 3-4 weeks.
- If you need it faster for a deadline or a gift, let me know.
- Feel free to email me at any time for the status of your commission. I’ll send updates when possible (weekly).
- Upon finishing the sketch, I'll send it to you for approval.
- You get two free rounds* of revisions during the sketch phase. I take pride in getting the details right and I want you to be as happy as possible! Do not be scared to point out something.
- *If I’m requested to redo the entire sketch or significantly repose a character, you will be charged again for the sketch stage.
- Once complete and any outstanding payment is sent, I will send you the final high-res image.
Payment
- All transactions are made primarily through PayPal.
- Payment must be sent after I send you an invoice via PayPal for the total.
- Payment is due upfront for orders under $100.
- A payment plan can be arranged for orders greater than $100.
- Cancellations must be made before work has begun on the commission.
- You will be fully refunded if work has not begun.
- A partial refund will be negotiated if work has started.
- Once the work is completed it is nonrefundable.

- Full backgrounds will be an additional charge (+$30 - $150+). Flat color backgrounds are free.
